Customers submit delivery orders through the restaurant's own ShopOps web page. Staff manage the order and the driver journey in one flow.
Delivery orders are cash-only. ShopOps does not take online payments for delivery orders.
For actual stock and finance figures
Record suppliers, purchases, receiving and stock intake, then use confirmed information to understand actual stock movement and costs.
Finance and inventory uses purchases, stocktakes and usage to calculate actual cost and Profit and loss. +£9 Recipe costing is a separate estimate per dish or portion and needs recipe setup with matching units. ShopOps can record sales and purchase VAT and export the figures. It does not submit directly to HMRC or file VAT Returns; use compatible accounting software or an accountant.
